Hurstbourne Country Club

Project Details

  • Louisville, Kentucky
  • 30,000 sq.ft. renovation
  • Scope: Complex duct integration through the various aged additions, custom curved linear slot diffusers, humidity control solutions, complex exhaust system for wood-fired pizza oven, and solved comfort complaints of original system through a new perimeter-directed supply air system to more directly counter heat loss/gain at the source.
  • Hurstbourne is a club with a rich history that dates back to the Revolutionary War. Once the site of Highbaugh Farms, today the former 60 room mansion, Lyndon Hall, sits regally and is now a magnificent clubhouse.  The golf course encompasses 243 acres and was originally designed by Chick Adams with 27 holes of golf.  Founded in 1966, Hurstbourne Country Club is member owned and widely recognized as one of Kentucky’s prestigious private golf and country clubs, and with a golf course repeatedly top-rated by Golf Digest Magazine. Hurstbourne’s vibrant membership community enjoys a world class 18 Hole Championship Golf Course and 9 Hole Executive Golf Course; both integrate beautifully with the gentle topography of the area and are framed by aged oak forests.  Stunningly manicured grounds surround our historic and elegant 30,000 square foot clubhouse featuring stunning decor.  For more information, visit www.hurstbournecc.com.
